Your mission will be to ensure the company’s growth and advancement of its brand recognition through sales and marketing development. You will possess substantial experience and a successful track record in sales, along with the ability to develop and execute sales process with a high level of autonomy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a similar role
  • Proven successful track record in the sales cycle from planning to closing
  • Our ideal candidate will have experience with different sales channels such as email campaigns, cold calling, partnership programs and conferences
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Result-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Advanced or fluent level of English
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Financial competence and budget management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization 

Responsibilities

General (BDSM department management):

  • Interviewing and hiring new members of the business development team
  • Assessing current team processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing them
  • Selecting the most efficient tools to complete set tasks
  •  Responsible for the department’s budget and its efficient use
  •  Cooperation with business partners and top management of the company
  •  Day-to-day management of the business development team
  •  Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business
  • Analyzing existing approaches to the development of business and making changes where appropriate

Sales:

  • Building and implementing a sales process, establishing contact with prospective clients, leading sales negotiations, closing deals
  • Building and overseeing predictable lead generation process
  • Maintaining up-to-date data about all activities, leads and prospective clients in the company’s CRM system
  • Supervising the sales process

Marketing:

  •  Overseeing our marketing team
