IT recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

A successful Recruiter will collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job engines and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter should understand the process of screening, interviewing and assessing candidates well. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.


  • 1+ years of proven work experience as an IT Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter);
  • Experience in leading a full-cycle recruitment process;
  • Experience in sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting, X-Ray and Boolean search);
  • Understanding of IT job market;
  • Work experience in interviewing (soft skills & culture fit evaluation), selecting, and negotiating job offers;
  • Strong ability to learn;
  • Self-drive & result orientation – as a must;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Intermediate level of English or higher;
  • Completed educational recruitment course & experience of working with one of ATS will be an advantage.


  • Promote the company’s reputation among potential candidates;
  • Lead full life cycle recruitment process (searching, pre-screening, interviewing, feedback);
  • Cooperate directly with Hiring Managers, Chief of Delivery, PMs, HRs and Marketing department;
  • Take part in different internal & external HR related events (EVP discovery, Employer Brand development, etc.);
  • Take part in recruitment-related researches;
  • Maintain internal recruitment processes & suggest new ones;
  • Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards;
  • Proactively develop applicant database via active recruiting, obtaining referrals and re-activating candidates;
  • Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and SMM.
