
We’re looking for an HR business partner to support our growth by effectively managing people across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll focus on learning & development, performance growth, and the overall employee experience.
In this role, you’ll execute, improve, and scale our existing HR processes, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and learning initiatives. You’ll act as a partner to the business, strengthening our learning culture and supporting continuous team development.
What you’ll do
Onboarding & adaptation: You'll organize and run onboarding for new colleagues. This includes preparing and updating guides, welcome materials, intro presentations, and adaptation plans. Your goal is to make sure that every new employee feels confident and quickly integrates into the team.
Competency & performance evaluation: You’ll assess soft skills, work with our competency matrix, and conduct performance evaluations and check-ins.
Learning & development: You’ll initiate training programs and manage learning platforms like Udemy.
Offboarding: You'll conduct offboarding sessions, organize exit interviews, communicate with colleagues during employee departures, and prepare and summarize lessons learned. You'll ensure the process is respectful, structured, and transparent.
Employee satisfaction & engagement: You'll manage ESAT surveys, mediate conflicts, and implement initiatives to maintain high engagement.
HR analytics & leadership potential: You’ll analyze HR data to identify opportunities for leadership development.
Policies: You'll develop and document our company procedures.
About you
5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / HR Business Partner in IT with responsibilities similar to the ones described
HR education is a must (e.g., SHRM or CIPD certification, LvBS HR programs, People First Club training, or equivalent)
Business-oriented mindset with an understanding of business efficiency metrics and HR’s impact on them
Proven experience working with metrics and business data
Ability to analyze business needs across multiple levels: clients, competitors, and internal/external talent markets
Proficiency with AI tools for operational tasks
Confident use of digital information management tools: HRIS, Jira, Confluence, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills: clear, structured, and aligned with the company tone of voice
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical thinking: ability to gather and analyze feedback and facilitate improvement steps
High level of self-awareness and reflection
Experience with bias management and transforming unconstructive communication
Friendly and approachable personality
English: Upper-Intermediate
Active pro-Ukrainian civic stance (mandatory)
