VITech is pleased to announce that our Ivano-Frankivsk department is moving to a new office. Growth is always a favorable indicator for business, but for VITech, it also means that increasingly more talented and passionate tech professionals share our values. As it became difficult to host all the amazing people in the office we had, the Ivano-Frankivsk team of VITech moved to a bigger, fresh office in the resort part of the city.
At VITech, we stick to a human-centered approach and are positive that enjoyable office conditions improve working efficiency. That is why we put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable workplace for each employee.
We have also equipped lounge areas, meeting rooms, and a spacious kitchen to make our employees feel welcome. The magnificent view you can see from the windows is another perk of the new office.
Is it possible to make every worker feel motivated and relaxed at the same time?
Oksana Moklovych, our HR generalist and the curator of the new office opening says yes, but you need to listen.
“If you listen to your coworkers, cooperate with all teams, and actually take their feedback into account, you can meet most of their requirements,” says Oksana. “The process of creating something everyone will enjoy takes a lot of time, energy, and money, but it’s worth it.”
The VITech employees who have already relocated to the new spacious office say that it manages to balance between being modern and not oversaturated with technical devices. What they love most about it is the design, attention to detail, and, of course, the view.
We’re convinced that every new office opening incites the personal and professional growth of experts working at VITech, and we hope that they enjoy it.

The 13th day of WAR is ending – one more day of madness and innocent deaths. We used to word “WAR”. We used to air raid signals. But we are not used to deaths. But we are not used to the destroyed schools and hospitals. We will renovate our cities. We will recover all our infrastructure. We will do everything to restore Ukraine. Ukraine will be a free, independent, and beautiful country!

This is the 12th day of the Russian invasion. Ukrainians came under massive air and ground shelling of besieged cities in southeastern Ukraine. Army and local defense forces do everything possible to protect civilians and evacuate them from hotspots. However, the ceasefire agreements are not working – Russian troops violate any agreements and continue to fire civilians.

Day 11 has come to an end. ELEVEN days of War. Eleven days of resisting. Ukrainian people successfully defend their land. Ukraine. Is. Here. Two weeks ago, none of the many military experts could have imagined that small Ukraine would resist aggression for so long. All calculations were not in favor of Ukraine. But there was a simple mistake in the calculations – not 200,000 soldiers, but 40 million people ready to defend their country.

One-zero. Day 10. Two digits. Ukraine stands! It is still fighting! Ukraine is a free and democratic country. Ukraine is independent. The Russian military violated the ceasefire agreement in Mariupol and Volnovakha. As a result, the evacuation of thousands of civilians has been suspended.

Ukraine is resisting the Russian invasion for the ninth day in a row. Last night Russia was shelling Europe’s largest nuclear power plant in Zaporizhzhia, which might be classified only as an act of nuclear terrorism. Now Russia’s aggression against Ukraine has become a global problem. It is not a question of Ukraine’s freedom anymore – this is a question of humankind’s survival now.
