VITech is pleased to announce that our Ivano-Frankivsk department is moving to a new office. Growth is always a favorable indicator for business, but for VITech, it also means that increasingly more talented and passionate tech professionals share our values. As it became difficult to host all the amazing people in the office we had, the Ivano-Frankivsk team of VITech moved to a bigger, fresh office in the resort part of the city.

At VITech, we stick to a human-centered approach and are positive that enjoyable office conditions improve working efficiency. That is why we put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable workplace for each employee.

We have also equipped lounge areas, meeting rooms, and a spacious kitchen to make our employees feel welcome. The magnificent view you can see from the windows is another perk of the new office.

Is it possible to make every worker feel motivated and relaxed at the same time?

Oksana Moklovych, our HR generalist and the curator of the new office opening says yes, but you need to listen.

“If you listen to your coworkers, cooperate with all teams, and actually take their feedback into account, you can meet most of their requirements,” says Oksana. “The process of creating something everyone will enjoy takes a lot of time, energy, and money, but it’s worth it.”

The VITech employees who have already relocated to the new spacious office say that it manages to balance between being modern and not oversaturated with technical devices. What they love most about it is the design, attention to detail, and, of course, the view.
