Introduce your business and what you do there.
Immediate Pay is a product of Immediate Solutions, Inc and is a financial health platform delivering early access to earned but not yet paid wages. Through HR software integrations, ImmediatePay receives real time updates of hours worked and wages earned, which we display within the ImmediatePay app.
Users then select how much of their earnings they would like to receive and transfer to an account of their choice. My role is the co-founder and CTO.
What challenge were you trying to address with VITech?
We hired VITech to manage the development and architecture of our platform.
What were your goals for this project?
Have a working product that will scale with our needs over time.

What was the scope of their involvement?
They built a mobile client for Android and iOS as well as the backend platform. They architected the platform based on our design requirements but are also great at providing ideas on ways to improve. They continue to add new integrations, features, and web-based applications for us as well as provide QA and some dev-ops support.
What is the team composition?
1 Senior Architect 2 Engineers 1 QA 0.5 Dev Ops.
How did you come to work with VITech?
I have worked with VITech for 8 years and they have superior code quality and app development compared to other development companies I have worked with in the past.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
We were able to launch our business and gain our first customers in under 6 months. VITech continues to help us scale and add more features to grow our business.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We coordinate our business needs across the next few quarters so that we are aligned on staffing and resource type needs. With our senior engineer we plan our next set of feature work on a weekly basis.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The quality of the resources is the most impressive thing. They are creative and diligent with their code quality. They always use best practices in their work.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Not that I can think of.
