We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Manager who is passionate about storytelling and strategic communication. You’ll own the development and execution of content that engages, informs, and converts, ranging from case studies and blog articles to one-pagers, landing pages, and website content.
You’ll work closely with technical experts and cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into compelling stories tailored to our target audiences in the healthcare industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and supports lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement.
- Own the end-to-end content creation process, from research and briefing to editing and publishing.
- Develop high-impact marketing assets such as:
- Thought leadership articles and blog posts
- Case studies and success stories
- Website pages and landing pages
- One-pagers, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (engineers, PMs, tech leads) to extract insights and build strong narratives.
- Work with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM) to scale and accelerate content production, while maintaining authenticity and tone of voice.
- Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and maintain our content style guide to ensure consistent, high-quality communication.
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing or copywriting, ideally in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of writing clear, engaging, and structured content.
- Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ level is a must).
- Strong storytelling skills with an ability to turn complex information into accessible narratives.
- High level of self-organization, independence, and ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, CMS platforms (Framer, etc.).
- Hands-on experience or interest in AI content tools and modern writing workflows.
Nice to have
- Background in journalism, communications, or linguistics.
- Understanding of the healthcare domain.
- Experience working in a product or custom software development company.
- Knowledge of UX writing and conversion-focused copy.
