We’re looking for a strong Middle DevOps Engineer to support and optimize operational processes across the customer’s organization. This role involves building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, automating delivery pipelines, supporting product updates, and ensuring system reliability. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes, understands modern DevOps practices, and collaborates closely with engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

The company delivers enterprise-level transformational healthcare outcomes.

About the Project

We are building a tool for clinics to slice the patient population for the cohorts based on specific criteria. This functionality unlocks capabilities for the clinics to report on the pool of US healthcare quality programs. In the future, the app should be integrated into the company’s ecosystem and provide an API for other applications to extract filtered data.

In parallel, our team also develops and maintains internal DevOps products used across the organization, including:

• Centralized GitHub management through Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
• Integrations of security tools such as Snyk and Nucleus with GitHub workflows and GitHub Management System;
• Close collaboration with the customer’s SRE team to ensure consistent standards and practices across environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub to ensure reliable and secure delivery.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS using Kubernetes and Helm;
• Work closely with development and SRE teams to align infrastructure with delivery goals and platform standards;
• Support automation of infrastructure provisioning and configuration management;
• Contribute to system observability, monitoring, and incident resolution;
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment and share best practices.

Qualification and skill set

• 3–4+ years of experience in a DevOps role;
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, networking);
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (workload deployment, configuration, troubleshooting);
• Experience with Helm for application packaging and deployment;
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions);
• Understanding of GitOps practices and Infrastructure as Code principles;
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions;
• At least Intermediate+ English level.

Would be a plus

• Experience with Crossplane or Kustomize;
• Familiarity with Python for scripting and automation;
• Knowledge of GitOps tools (ArgoCD, Flux).
