We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strong Junior Java Engineer to oversee the development of a new healthcare web system for our client. Technical stack
The backend of the system will be developed in Java using Spring Boot, while the frontend will be built with React. The technical stack also includes Kubernetes (K8s), GitHub, GitHub Actions, AWS, EKS, ArgoCD, and Terraform. While the DevOps direction will mainly be led by a DevOps engineer, it is beneficial to have general knowledge about these tools.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging;
- Write clean code to develop functional services;
- Troubleshoot and debug applications;
- Address technical and design requirements;
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use;
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and system administrators to deliver new features;
- Follow emerging technologies.
Qualification and skill set
- 2+ years of experience in software development.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Experience with React for front-end development.
- DevOps Knowledge: General knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s), AWS (specifically EKS), GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Terraform.
- Microservices: In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation.
- Problem-solving: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Agile Methodologies: Understanding of agile software development processes and methodologies.
- Database Skills: Experience working with databases and writing optimized SQL queries.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with an ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Client-focused: Ability to understand and align with client requirements and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Language: Proficiency in English (Intermediate level and above).
Would be a plus
- Experience building WebRTC solutions, particularly using AWS Chime.
- Degree in computer science, coding, or a related field.
